2024 Vision Sunday
Vision Sunday is an extremely important day at LWF. Each year we gather on one Sunday to celebrate all that God did through our church the previous year as well as dream and plan for the immediate year and into the future beyond!
This years vision fund goal is $32,000. Over the last 2 years we’ve raised over $47,000 towards outreach programs. To begin giving click the link below!
VISION FUNDING GOALS
AS WE MOVE INTO THE NEXT SEASON OF OUR CHURCH WE CONTINUE TO BE FOCUSED ON SERVING OUR CHURCH FAMILY WHILE ALSO PUSHING TO BECOME THE MOST LIFE-CHANGING ORGANIZATION IN TILLAMOOK COUNTY. THE OUTREACHES IT TAKES TO ACHIEVE THIS GOAL TAKE TIME, FINANCES AND RESOURCES THAT ARE ABOVE OUR REGULAR OPERATING COST AND PROGRAMS. BELOW ARE LINKS AND INFO FOR SOME OF THOSE PROGRAMS.

Mannahouse Global Network
As we move into 2023 and 2024 we will begin to deliberately build towards our first campus or church plant somewhere in Clatsop County. This was actually our plan last year but due to the building expansion and other needs we had to wait. Don’t worry we saved the money given towards that. MHGN is our ministry partner in missions, church planting and equipping our people to build the kingdom. Their goal is to plant 1000 churches on the west coast and build a financial platform to help church plants having funding to do so. Beginning this year we will give deliberately towards this organization out of our vision offering so that we keep missions and kingdom expansion forefront in our church and our giving. Our commitment this year towards this is $6700.
Local Outreach
Last years Easter Outreach and services cost around $6,500 and as this event grows will need additional resources to do it with excellence, safety and the right tools to get it done.
VBS was one of our big outreaches to families last year and was very underfunded. The cost for this year’s VBS will be around $3,000. It will make a huge impact on reaching the kids of our community and their families.
Marriage and family is an evolving ministry as we look for ways to reach and save the families of Tillamook. Last year we had a marriage conference, fall carnival and this year have begun some other classes and support for families. Our marriage outreach programs cost $4,600.
Heart 4 The House
H4H is the name we will use for anything related to improving our current facilities or saving for future buildings. For this year we want to continue to put energy into improving our building in the form of new floors, improving our kitchen storage and several new toilets as many of them are failing regularly. Our goal after this year is to maintain our current facility and not put more money into it as we don’t own it and plan to manage the maintenance of it under our regular monthly facilities budget that we take from the tithe. These projects will cost around $14,200.
