OUR STORY
Our journey started long before the part I am about to tell but the beginning of this story started around 2018 when my wife and I began to feel God calling us to church planting and revitalization. At the time we were working in a fantastic church in Montana but felt God calling us to more. Through various circumstances God opened the door and told us to take over a small coastal church in Tillamook Oregon. This left us confused as we thought we would launch a church in a large city. But over the months before we move there God began to reveal to us our role as coastal leaders helping expand Gods kingdom up and down the coast. It began to make sense as we thought about our passions for the coast and as we began to relisten to prophetic words given to us in our lives. We moved to Tillamook in 2020 and God has been blessing us there ever since. Now in 2023 after stabilizing and growing our home church we are ready to begin phase 2 which will begin somewhere in Clatsop County. Revitalize/Plant/Partner
One of the biggest challenges facing the growth of Gods kingdom along the Oregon and Washington coast is the lack of church planting in rural areas and the closing of older churches. As well as pastors feeling ill-equipped to do the work of the ministry in our ever changing culture. CCN wants to be an integral part of planting new churches as well as revitalizing churches and equipping ministers to fulfill their call. Upcoming Outreach
Coming up on Sunday September 24th at 6pm at The Loft at the Red Building the Coastal Church Network (a ministry of Living Water Fellowship in Tillamook), will be leading a worship night for all the Christians of Clatsop County. CCN is seeking to plant a church, revitalize a church and/or partner with believers and churches in Clatsop County to grow Gods kingdom there. At this event we will have an amazing time of worship led by the CCN worship band (they play at various events on the coast) followed by an empowering message about reaching people with details about how we can partner together to make this a reality. Equip
Each year in January we gather in Cannon Beach Oregon for a time of refreshing, prayer, worship, equipping and community as pastors. This conference is for all pastoral roles from worship to lead pastors, male and female. At our 4 day 3 night conference you will have the opportunity to rest, receive prayer, be encouraged and worship without the responsibility of leading it all. This is a great opportunity to recharge and be inspired about the mission we are on together as pastors reaching the world with the love of God! The dates for 2024 are January 22nd thru 25th. Registration isn’t setup yet but will be soon!

Partnership
All coastal churches need community, help, support and other pastors they can do life with. CCN hopes to become a group for this along the Oregon Coast, building life-long connections between pastors up and down the coast. Multiplication
Our passion is multiplication; that we would make disciples that make disciples to the 4th generation. We want to make disciples that see it as their personal mission to reach people with the gospel and to help equip them to do the same. If we do this Gods kingdom will expanded and heaven filled. We have learned from many sources about this idea but one of our favorite books about multiplication is “Hero Maker” by Dave Ferguson. To order a copy to read from Amazon click the link below!
